【植物形态】
须花翠雀花 多年生草本。根粗大，有分歧，稍弯曲，深褐色，有长须根。茎直立，密被倒生的白色粗毛。叶互生，卵形或近圆形，掌状5深裂，裂片再浅裂成多数裂片，两面均密生白色粗毛；茎基部的叶柄长18～26厘米，具纵棱，密被倒生白色粗毛。总状花序狭长；小苞片披针形；萼片5，紫蓝色，椭圆形，距钻形；退化雄蕊2，瓣片蓝色，2裂，有白色髯毛；雄蕊多数，心皮3。种子密生鳞状横翅。 生于深山林下。分布贵州、四川、云南等地。

秋季采收。

辛，凉。
【功用主治】
清热解表，升阳。
