目的:本研究课题利用大黄建立大鼠泻剂结肠模型,在模型制备过程中,通过对大鼠胃肠道肠嗜铬细胞、肥大细胞数量及形态进行观察,判断肠嗜铬细胞、肥大细胞功能变化,并测定模型建立后大鼠血清及十二指肠、乙状结肠组织匀浆中5-HT的含量,了解长期应用大黄对胃肠道5-HT合成、释放的影响,探讨肠嗜铬细胞、肥大细胞在泻剂结肠发生中所起的作用。
