By using the discrete variational Xα (DV-Xα) method, the electronic and bonding structures of γ/γ' interfaces with and without Ir addition in Ni-base single crystal superalloys were calculated in the framework of the first-principles theory.

Acorrding to the type of the phase and the composition, the ratio of percentage of γ' and γ" phase in these GH4169 alloys which were treated under different condition was given.
用阳极选择性电解脱溶相分离方法及原子吸光法测定GH4169合金中δ、NbC、(γ′+γ″)相含量,并根据析出相的类型和组成,测定不同变形量GH4169合金中γ′、γ″相含量的比值为W_γ:W_γ≈1:3。

血清γ-谷氨酰转肽酶


简称"γ-谷氨酰转肽酶"。γ-GT在人体内分布较广。主要来自肝脏,存在于肾、胰、肝、肠、脑、肺、骨骼肌和心肌中。正常人血清中含量Orlouski法<40单位。在肝脏疾病中,其活力增高。肝癌患者血清γ-GT几乎均增高。可大于正常值的几倍和几十倍;阻塞性黄疸时γ-GT则较肝癌明显升高,当阻塞解除后可恢复正常。 (注:原为γ-GT现改名为Gamma glutamyl transterase;GGT谷氨酰转移酶)。
