Methods The lymph nodes sampled from 30 patients with lower esophageal cancer who underwent left thoracotomy and two-field lymphadenectomy and 10 patients with the leiomyoma of the esophagus were detected by gamma-detecting probe(GDP).
方法采用手持式γ探针(GDP)检测经99mTc-MIBI标记的下段食管癌病人30例,10例食管平滑肌瘤为对照,术中采用经左胸切口探测病灶,胸内和腹部淋巴结及切除的标本,术后对常规病理为阴性的淋巴结,即假阳性进行连续切片,HE染色,显微镜下观察,计算及统计学处理。
