| 视功能检查 visual functions,examination of 应用患者主观上对事物的认识与辨别能力或用各种仪器量度其视觉能力的方法。又称眼机能检查。视功能包括形觉、色觉、光觉。视器接受来自物体不同部位的光线刺激后,对外界物体形态的辨认称为形觉。形觉检查就是视力检查。视力包括中心视力和周边视力。中心视力指黄斑中心凹的视功能,有远、近之分。周边视力,又称视野,指黄斑中心凹以外的视力,即当眼球向前方注视不动时,所能看见的空间范围,又分周边视野检查与中心视野检查,后者指固视点以外30°范围以内的视野。色觉是指视网膜对不同波长光线的感受特性,即在一般充分的自然光线下分辨各种不同颜色的能力。为视网膜锥体细胞的主要功能,以黄斑区最为敏感。临床上常用假同色色觉检查表进行检查。光觉即指眼对各种不同强度光亮的辨别能力。当正常人从明亮处进入暗处时,起初无法辨认周围物体,随着光敏度的增进便能逐渐看清,此过程称为暗适应。由暗处突然到明处,也要经过一段时间才能适应,此过程称为明适应。临床上常用暗适应计进行检查。
