黄花杞子蒸瘦肉
原 料：
瘦猪肉200克，黄花菜15克，枸杞子10克，料酒、酱油、香油、淀粉、精盐各适量。
做 法：
1、将瘦猪肉洗净，切片。黄花菜用水泡发后，择洗干净，与瘦肉、枸杞一起剁成蓉。
2、将猪肉、枸杞子、黄花碎蓉放入盆内，加入料酒、酱油、香油、淀粉、精盐搅拌至粘，摊平，锅内隔水蒸熟即可。
特 点：
黄化菜含钙、铁、碳水化合物、胡萝卜素、维生素a、维生素c、秋水仙碱、天冬碱、中医认为，黄花菜具有清热除烦、利尿消肿、止血下乳的作用。此菜由黄花菜和滋阴、润燥、补肾、益肝的猪瘦肉蒸制而成，具有补气、补血、催奶的作用。适于产后气血虚弱所致乳汁不足者食用。
