Materials and methods : Between February 2000 and May 2006, 116 patients underwent auto-tissue substitution urethroplasty at our hospital; 82 had a single-stage onlay buccal mucosa urethroplasty and 34 had a single-stage pedicle penile skin flaps urethroplasty.
材料和方法:2000年2月至2006年5月采用口腔黏膜替代尿道成形术82例,带蒂阴茎皮瓣(含包皮内板)替代尿道成形术34例。

Methods The technique most commonly used for penile lengthening is the release of the superficial suspensory ligament in combination with two transposition skin flap and one scrotal skin flap plasty.
方法:对10例阴茎短小症患者进行改良的阴茎延长加增粗术式即松解阴茎浅悬韧带,2个交错皮瓣加小阴囊皮瓣减张推进缝合方法;同期PTFE充填,阴茎增粗。

多由丝虫病淋巴管病继发溶血性链球菌感染引起阴囊淋巴管阻塞。淋巴液从扩张破裂的淋巴管溢出，刺激阴茎、阴囊纤维组织大量增生所致。阴茎、阴囊皮肤增厚，皮脂腺破坏，故局部皮肤干燥似象皮而无弹性，严重者可重达数十千克而影响活动，阴茎会内缩而影响性生活。除治疗原发病外，严重者可行手术切除象皮肿及阴囊成形术。
