Materials and methods : Between February 2000 and May 2006, 116 patients underwent auto-tissue substitution urethroplasty at our hospital; 82 had a single-stage onlay buccal mucosa urethroplasty and 34 had a single-stage pedicle penile skin flaps urethroplasty.
材料和方法:2000年2月至2006年5月采用口腔黏膜替代尿道成形术82例,带蒂阴茎皮瓣(含包皮内板)替代尿道成形术34例。

阴茎包皮
解剖名。阴茎皮肤在阴茎颈游离向前，然后向内后方折叠，附于阴茎颈，所形成包绕阴茎头的双层环形皱襞，即为阴茎包皮。幼儿阴茎包皮较长，包裹整个阴茎头，包皮口较小，随着年龄的增长，包皮逐渐向阴茎颈退缩，包皮口也逐渐扩大。如包皮未退缩至阴茎颈处，则为包皮过长；若包皮口过小，包皮不能上翻，露出阴茎头时，即成为包茎。包茎、包皮过长，均可使包皮腔内积存污垢，由于长期刺激，引起阴茎头炎，并可诱发阴茎癌及女性阴道炎和子宫颈癌。故应作环 形切除。
