Four lignans(1~ 4) were extracted and isolated from the stems of Schisandra henryi by repeated chromatography.
从云南产翼梗五味子(Schisandra henryi)茎中通过溶剂提取和硅胶柱层析分离了4个木脂素成分,经波谱分析及与标准品对照鉴定它们的结构分别为异安五脂素(isoanwulignan,1)、benzoyl-gomisin Q(2)、五味子酯甲(schisantherin A,3)和gomisin G(4),均系首次自该植物中分得。

为了更好地对五味子科药用植物资源进行开发利用,我们对江西修水县采集的翼梗五味子和海南儋州市采集的冷饭藤的藤茎进行了化学成分研究,共分离鉴定了58个单体化合物,其中11个为新化合物,为寻找新的活性成分提供了线索。
