为观察补肾通脉方对 2型糖尿病大鼠胰岛素抵抗的影响 ,采用链脲佐菌素 (STZ)静脉注射 (30 mg/ kg)并给予高热量饮食的方法复制 2型糖尿病大鼠模型 ,以补肾通脉方、二甲双胍分别进行治疗 10周 ,测量体重、空腹血糖、胰岛素、胰岛素敏感指数、血脂等指标。

通真子补注王叔和脉诀
脉学著作。3卷。一名《脉诀机要》。宋刘元宾(子仪，号通真子)补注于熙宁九年(1076年)。作者谓《脉诀》“数处词语鄙俗，文理不通，疑非叔和之作，而后人增之”。又虑当时医生多习诵此书而不知其中旨趣，于是引《难经》、《素问》、《巢氏病源》等书注之，而成此书。此书首次对七表八里九道脉象分类法加以解释，将七表、八里作为阳、阴正脉，九道作为相通而见的九种脉。这种解释虽牵强附会，但因系注释《脉诀》第一家，故对后世影响甚大。此书今存日本。国内所藏《纂图方论脉诀集成》中载此书注文47条。
