主料
仁仲30克，菟丝子15克，枸杞30克，干姜10克，鲤鱼1条（约300克）。
做法
将鲤鱼去鳞、鳃和内脏，余药洗净用干净纱布包裹，与鲤鱼同煮1小时，去药包，饭前空腹吃鱼饮汤。
药用价值
主要治疗妊娠水肿肾阳虚型：妊娠数月，面浮肢肿，尤以腰以下为甚，四肢欠温、腰漆无力，舌质淡或边有齿痕，苔白润，脉沉迟。
