原料配方：面粉2.5公斤油100克饴糖500克白糖600克蒸熟干面粉75克
制作方法：
1.制饰面料：白糖500克加蒸熟干面粉75克拌匀备用。
2.制面团：将面粉2.5公斤加水发成老面，加碱和匀制成面团。
3.成型：将和好的面团加白糖100克、油100克、饴糖500克揉在一起，搓成长条，摘成37.5克重的小坯，揿扁成圆。
4.炸制：用温油锅炸，炸透出锅，要小火炸透，中间要鼓起发酥。
5.饰面：把已炸好的面团倒入饰面料中，一滚即成。
