红绿豆珧柱瘦肉汤
用料
猪瘦肉60克,珧柱、红豆、绿豆各15克。
做法
(1)珧柱洗净,浸软撕碎;猪瘦肉洗净,切件;红豆、绿豆洗净,清水浸半小时。
(2)把全部用料放入锅内,加清水适量,武火煮沸后,文火煲2小时,调味供用。
功效
活血凉血,降脂健美。
适应症
高脂血症、肥胖、面部黑斑属血热血燥血行不畅者。症见脸部色素沉着,烦躁失眠,小便不利。
注释
本汤清血热,行血脉而降脂消斑减肥使人健美。汤中珧柱又称干贝,性味甘咸平,功能滋阴补肾。猪肉甘平补中。红豆性味甘平,功能清血热、利水湿,《药性论》说它有"散恶血不尽"的作用。绿豆性味甘凉,功能清热除烦、凉血解毒。《食疗本草》说它能"补益、和五脏、安精神","益气力、润皮肉",含有蛋白质、糖类脂肪、磷、钙、铁、胡萝卜素、维生素(b1、b2)、烟酸等成分,有降血脂、解毒、护肝的作用。研究表明,常食豆类能使血中胆固醇显著降低。合而为汤,行波滞,清热毒,降血脂,是高脂血症,肥胖者饮用佳品。
注意和禁忌
脾胃不足、进食后腹胀者,可加陈皮少许同用,宜饮汤不食豆。
