[制法]：1.将猪腰中间切开，去除白色筋膜，洗净切片；苎艾根，五月艾、黄芪分别用水洗净，备用。
2.将以上用料一齐放入砂煲内，加清水适量，武火煮沸后，改用文火煲2小时，去渣加入米酒和食盐调味，每日1剂。
[功能]：补气养血、健脾益肾
[适用范围]：用于人流及放环后月经过多属血瘀致漏或气虚挟瘀者。症见月经次数增多或经期延长，淋沥不尽，量或多或少，时下时止，并伴腹部隐痛，腰酸腿软，乏力，精神疲倦等。
