≮原料≯
嫩豆腐1盒、 黄豆芽200克、小排骨、青葱段2支，盐1茶匙、高汤2杯、胡椒粉少许。
≮做法≯
1、豆腐切一寸方块。
2、小排骨洗净切小块，先入滚水中氽烫。
3、汤锅入高汤煮开后，先放入小排骨、黄豆芽与姜片，待滚后以小火煮30分钟，最后加入豆腐煮10分钟，并以盐及胡椒粉调味，摆上葱段即可。

黄豆芽配豆腐炖排骨汤，营养丰富、口味淡雅，富含蛋白质、纤维素，对脾胃火气大、消化不良、排泄不畅者很适宜，可促进肠胃蠕动，并清降胃火。可清热利水，并能助伤疤收口。适宜食用者：
1.胃火大而长青春痘、脓疱者。
2.排泄不畅易便秘者。
3.唇肿胀色绛红、口臭严重，手足浮肿，产后哺乳者。
