针菜烫猪腰
主料： 猪腰2只，猪小排骨100克，黄花菜100克。
配料： 味精、盐各少许，冰糖1颗，生姜1片，麻油数滴。
做法： 1、猪腰剔去筋膜和臊腺，泡洗干净，连刀斜切出花纹后，再切成长块，放在淡盐水里浸发，待用。
2、黄花菜切去硬头，每两条拦腰打一结，泡发后洗净，挤干水分待用。
3、猪小排骨用沸水飞水后，装入砂锅，用文火约煲40分钟，再投入黄花菜煲至将熟。
4、猪腰花用沸水飞过后，捞起沥干，投入砂锅，烫熟后即可调入配料，滴上麻油食用。
药用价值： 猪腰味咸，性冷；黄花菜味甘，性平。本品能壮腰健肾，通利膀胱及脏腑，消积滞，壮气血，暖暖膝，对糖尿病、头晕耳鸣、咽痛、心悸、吐血、便血、水肿等病症有疗效。
