脑室-脑池分流术
ventriculo-cisternal shunt
将侧脑室内的脑脊液引导到小脑延髓池(枕大池，cisterna magna)。有两种方法：①Torkildsen手术(1939年)。将导管连接侧脑室与小脑延髓池形成短路，使侧脑室内的脑脊液通过导管流入小脑延髓池，适用于各种阻塞性脑积水，疗效较可靠。本法缺点：头皮由于受皮下导管压迫、偶有坏死；导管在骨孔边缘弯折阻塞；导管在头皮上可摸到，周围有脑积液积聚。②Hamby手术。对Torkildsen手术作了改良，原理及适应证不变，操作较复杂。
