适应症:
为一疗效较好的驱鞭虫新药。虫卵转阴率可达70%,疗效高于甲苯咪唑。
用量用法:
总量每千克体重20mg,分3次服,每日1次,半空腹服下。
注意事项:
1.服药后少数病人有轻度头昏、恶心、腹痛及腹部不适感,多在服药后5~6小时出现,短时间(2~3小时后)内可自行消失。个别病人有较轻的心电图变化,亦可自行恢复。 2.孕妇、心脏病病人忌用。
规格: 片剂:每片100mg、350mg。
