| 利血平 reserpine 一种吲哚型生物碱。分子式C33H40N2O9。存在于萝芙木属多种植物中，在催吐萝芙木中含量最高可达1％。无色棱状晶体。熔点264～265℃（分解），比旋光度  －117.7°（氯仿，C＝1）。易溶于氯仿、二氯甲烷、冰醋酸，能溶于苯、乙酸乙酯，稍溶于丙酮、甲醇、乙醇、乙醚、乙酸和柠檬酸的稀水溶液。利血平的溶液放置一定时间后变黄，并有显著的荧光，加酸和曝光后荧光增强。利血平是一个弱碱，它的盐酸盐为无色晶体，熔点224℃（分解）；吡啶复合物为黄色结晶，熔点183～186℃（分解）。利血平能降低血压和减慢心率，作用缓慢、温和而持久，对中枢神经系统有持久的安定作用，是一种很好的镇静药。 |
