会阴切口疝
perineal incisional hernia
又称“骶疝”、“肛提肌疝”。指直肠或盆腔内脏器经腹会阴手术后的会阴部切口脱出的疝。多见于女性。钡餐检查发现多数为静止性会阴疝，疝块较小者多无症状。如疝块较大，坐位时会阴不适。有时可发生肠嵌顿、绞窄。有症状者可手术治疗。方法：切开疝囊，回纳内脏，分离疝囊颈，关闭盆腔，用自体阔筋膜或人造织物修补盆底缺损。
