会阴前列腺切除术
经会阴入路，于直肠前显露前列腺包囊后壁，切开并切除前列腺。主要优点是手术范围不大，损伤小，对全身影响较小，但此切口较小，显露较差，不易止血，手术操作困难，易发生直肠损伤。现很少采用。
