Objective To investigate the influences of acupuncture and moxibustion of points Shangyingxiang(Ex-HN8),Shang-(xing)(GV23) and Zusanli(ST36) on clinical symptoms and signs and cytokine Th1/Th2 and their regulating effects on Th1/Th2 imbalance in patients with perennial allergic rhinitis.
目的观察针灸上迎香、上星、足三里穴,对常年性变应性鼻炎患者临床症状、体征、Th1/Th2细胞因子的影响,以及对Th1/Th2的平衡失调的调控作用,以期为针灸治疗本病提供客观依据,进而探讨其作用机制。

Conclusion Acupuncturing at different groups of acupoints of Yangming meridians have different curative effects on AR,and acupuncturing at Yingxiang(LI20),Hegu(LI4) and Zusanli(ST36) can rapidly relieve AR symptoms and correct the immunity dysfunction.
结论针刺阳明经不同组穴对变应性鼻炎能产生不同的疗效,针刺迎香、合谷、足三里组,能较快地缓解变应性鼻炎证候,可调节失衡的免疫功能。

上迎香 上迎香 经外穴名。出《银海精微》。别名鼻通、鼻穿、穿鼻，位置缺如。近代定位在面部，当鼻翼软骨与鼻甲的交界处，近鼻唇沟上端处。布有筛前神经，滑车下神经，眶下神经分支和面动、静脉。主治过敏性鼻炎，肥大性鼻炎，萎缩性鼻炎，鼻旁窦炎，鼻息肉，烂弦火眼，感冒头痛等。沿皮刺0.5-1寸。
