Objective: To observe the effects of the electro-acupuncture(EA) therapy on subcutaneous blood circulation after the 11th thoracic vertebra injury and analyze the characteristics of the different groups of acupoints.
方法:30只健康大白兔随机抽取24只采用改良的ALLEN’S致伤法,造成T11脊髓不完全损伤模型,分为A1、2、3、4组各6只,其中A 1-3组于造模成功后2 h给予不同组穴(分别为督脉、肢体及背俞穴)进行电针治疗,A4组不给予治疗;另6只仅暴露椎板不损伤脊髓为假手术组(B组)作为对照;应用激光多普勒血流仪和Powerlab 16道生理记录仪测定各组大白兔损伤前20 min、损伤后2 h、第7、13天阴陵泉穴皮下血流量。
