professional ideal

  职业理想(Professional ideal)人们在职业上依据社会要求和个人条件,凭借想像而确立的奋斗目标,即个人渴望达到的职业境界。它是人们对职业活动和职业成就的期待和超前反映,是人生理想的重要组成部分。职业理想直接受制于人的价值体系和抱负水平。美国心理学家在谈到青年的价值观时,把人的价值类型分为理论型、经济型、审美型、社会型、权力型(或政治型)和宗教型等六种。职业理想与之相应:理论型人向往从事科研工作,经济型人想搞实业,审美型人献身于艺术,社会型人投身于公益事业等等。而抱负水平则决定着一个人欲达到的成就水平.此外,人的职业理想也同时代、政治制度和社会文化等客观环境有关,「)c1为人的职业理想是有社会性的。 (张燕选撰张燮审)
