The purpose of this dissertation is to address the fragmentation mechanisms of different drug active molecules,including cephalosporins,4(3H)-quinazolinones andα-hydroxy enones,under atmosphere pressure ionization and traditional electron ionization,and compare the fragmentation mechanism under these two ion sources.
本论文应用大气压离子源串联质谱技术对头孢菌素、4(3H)-喹唑啉酮、α-羟基烯酮三类药物活性分子的碎裂机理进行了探讨和研究,建立了这三类化合物的质谱裂解规律,并与传统电子轰击离子源下的裂解机理进行了比较。
