| 隐睾 cryptorchidism 睾丸未能按正常发育过程从腰部腹膜后下降到阴囊底部，而停留在腹腔内、腹股沟区、阴囊入口处或其他部位。常见的先天性泌尿生殖系统畸形。又称睾丸下降不全。新生儿占3％，6周内多数下降至正常位置，1周岁时隐睾不足1％。隐睾存在两方面危害，一方面是2岁以后影响睾丸的发育；另一方面可能发生恶性变，虽然机会很小，但远高于正常位置者 。1岁以后隐睾可先行内分泌治疗即用促黄体释放激素或绒毛膜促性腺激素 ，如治疗无效可在2岁以后进行手术复位。隐睾合并疝者必须手术复位并修复疝。手术复位越早对睾丸发育和生育越有利。 |
