Two compounds were isolated from EtOH extracts,and their structures were elucidated as conduritol and β-sitosterol on the basis of spectral evidence and by comparison with the authentic samples.
从萝科牛奶菜属植物通关藤Marsdenia tenacissima(Roxb) Wight et Arn的乙醇提取物中分离出2个化合物,根据化合物的熔点和波谱数据的鉴定,分别确定为牛奶菜醇和β-谷甾醇。

Result: Eight compounds were isolated from Marsdenia tenacissima and the structures of five compounds among them were identified as marsdekoiside D(Ⅰ), marsdekoiside B(Ⅱ), conduritol (Ⅲ), dihydro conduritol (Ⅳ) and marsdeoreophiside B(Ⅴ).
结果 :共分离得到 8个化合物 ,已鉴定出其中 5个化合物 :大叶牛奶菜苷丁 (Ⅰ ) ,大叶牛奶菜苷乙 (Ⅱ ) ,牛奶菜醇 (Ⅲ ) ,二氢牛奶菜醇 (Ⅳ ) ,喙柱牛奶菜苷乙 (Ⅴ )。

描述MarsdeniaR.Br.牛奶菜属，萝藦科，约100种，分布于热带和亚热带地区，我国有22种，产西南部至台湾，南部尤盛。藤本，叶对生，通常小；花小，组成聚伞花序或稠密的花束，生于腋生的花序柄上；花萼5裂，基部内面有腺体，稀缺；花冠钟状或近壶状，很少高脚碟状，裂片短，右向覆盖，喉部常为束毛所封闭，有时秃净；与雄蕊合生的副花冠的鳞片5，全缘，花药顶端具透明的膜片；花粉块直立，具柄；雌蕊由2个心皮所组成，柱头平坦或有喙，高出于花药之上；蓇葖厚，平滑或有翅，常肉质；种子顶端具白色绢质种毛。
