[制法]:1.将猪腰中间切开,去除白色筋膜,洗净切片;苎艾根,五月艾、黄芪分别用水洗净,备用。
2.将以上用料一齐放入砂煲内,加清水适量,武火煮沸后,改用文火煲2小时,去渣加入米酒和食盐调味,每日1剂。
[功能]:补气养血、健脾益肾
[适用范围]:用于人流及放环后月经过多属血瘀致漏或气虚挟瘀者。症见月经次数增多或经期延长,淋沥不尽,量或多或少,时下时止,并伴腹部隐痛,腰酸腿软,乏力,精神疲倦等。
