[制法]：1.将猪腰中间切开，去除白色筋膜，洗净切片；苎艾根，五月艾、黄芪分别用水洗净，备用。
2.将以上用料一齐放入砂煲内，加清水适量，武火煮沸后，改用文火煲2小时，去渣加入米酒和食盐调味，每日1剂。
