为桑科植物琴叶榕的根、叶。
【植物形态】
琴叶榕，又名：牛奶子树、鼠奶子、奶汁树，骨风木、铁牛入石、牛奶柴。 落叶小灌木。高1～2米。小枝及叶柄幼时被白色短柔毛，后无毛，常呈红紫色。单叶互生；变异甚大，小捷琴形或倒卵形，长4～10厘米，宽1.5～4.5厘米，基部圆形或阔楔形，先端突尖，中部常多少收缩而成窄腰形，两面无毛，有时下面被短柔毛；柄长4～8毫米。花序托单生或成对腋生，有短梗，卵圆形或梨形，热时紫红色，直径10毫米，顶端有脐状凸起；基部有苞片3；雄花和瘿花同生于一花序托内；雌花生在另一花序托内，花被4，花柱侧生。花期6～7月(广东)。 生于山地的灌木丛、疏林中或村落旁。分布广东，广西、云南、江西、福建、浙江等地。

根：全年可采，叶：6～10月采收。

①《江西民间草药验方》："性平，味辛微涩，无毒。" ②《福建中草药》："甘微辛，温。"
【功用主治】
祛风理湿，和瘀通乳。治黄疸，疟疾，痛经，乳痈，腰背酸痛，跌打损伤。 ①《江西民间草药验方》："祛风，去湿，解毒。疗疟，通乳汁。" ②《福建中草药》："活血行气，舒筋通络。"
【用法与用量】
内服：煎汤，1～2两。外用：捣敷。
【选方】
①治黄疸：琴叶榕根二两，马蓝二两。水煎服。 ②治疟疾：琴叶榕根一两至一两五钱，切片，酒炒，水煎二次，于疟发前四小时与二小时各服一次。 ③治乳痈：鲜琴叶榕根二两，水煎去渣，用甜酒兑服。外用鲜琴叶榕叶捣敷患处。(①方以下出《江西民间草药验方》) ④治腰背酸痛：琴叶榕干根一至二两，穿山龙干根五钱。酒水煎服。 ⑤治痛经：琴叶榕干根一两，益母草五钱，艾叶二钱。水煎服。 ⑥治跌打损伤：琴叶榕干根一至二两，酒水煎服。(④方以下出《福建中草药》)
