性质:抑制二肽氨肽酶(EC3.4.14.1)活性的物质。二肽氨肽酶催化二肽(基)肽的水解,即作用于多肽的肽键水解后释放出二肽,故亦名二肽(基)转移酶。该酶参与血栓形成和止血的生化反应过程。该酶抑制剂如乙酰亮氨酸精氨醛等在临床上可用作抗血栓药或抗凝药。
