精神-运动疗法
psychomotor therapy
精神一运动疗法(psyehomotor therapy)由皮索(Fesso，A.和Pesso，D.)所提出的一种运动心理治疗形式，多用于集体治疗中。皮索认为，动作或活动与情绪有着密切的联系，情绪中包含有动作的萌芽和关于后果的信息，而动作或活动包含着关于其目标的信息。当一个人通过动作表达情绪而长期得不到任何人反应时，常常会导致孤独和无用感。鼓励人自由地表达情绪、使自我更多地显现出来的最好方法，是让他扮演他所喜爱的那类人的角色。治疗分三个阶段进行:第一阶段，训练病人对自身运动肌冲动的敏感性，目的在于为小组成员们提供技巧和工具以了解在不同的运动肌冲动的刺激一下的感受和行为。第二阶段，教病人学会觉知别人的姿势和位置的情绪影响。第三阶段，采用前两个阶段习得的技能，处理个人的情绪表达问题。此疗法在美国和欧洲已被用一于精神病院、药物治疗中心、慢性疼痛病房和某些特殊学校，也可作为一种辅助治疗形式同其他传统的心理治疗联合使用。 (梁宝勇撰徐俊见审)
