巨刺
巨刺 刺法名。九刺之一。《灵枢·官针》：“巨刺者，左取右，右取左。”即人体一侧有病而选取对侧经穴治疗的刺法。《素问·缪刺论》指出巨刺用于“邪客于经”的病痛，并“必中其经，非络脉也。”本法与缪刺二者均于痛处对侧取穴，但刺巨刺刺经，缪刺刺络。参见缪刺条。
