性质:又称甘草甜素二钠。白色至淡黄色粉末。味极甜,稀释4000倍仍有甜味,甜度约为蔗糖的150~200倍,甜味残留时间长。易溶于水,溶于稀乙醇、甘油、丙二醇,不溶于无水乙醇、乙醚、氯仿和油脂。由甘草甜素与钠碱进行中和后精制而成。或由甘草粉加五倍水煮沸,抽提滤去固形物,加稀硫酸至呈酸性。室温下放置至析出物沉降,除去上澄清液,沉淀经水洗后用氨水中和、过滤,滤液加醋酸使甘草甜素铵析出,用70%~80%乙醇重结晶,按理论值加入碳酸钠水溶液,减压浓缩而得。用作甜味剂。
