补充资料：莲藕增颜汤
材料： 猪脊骨500克，生地黄60克，莲藕500克，红枣10枚（去核）。
做法： 生地黄、莲藕、红枣洗净。 猪脊骨洗净，斩件。 将全部材料放入锅内，加清水适量，大火煮滚后，小火煲3小时即可。
功效：
补血养颜。凡贫血病心跳失眠，面目肤色松浮不华者皆可食用。常服令人神色添彩，返老 还童。
注：若贫血甚者，宜用熟地黄易生地黄，加桂圆肉。外感未愈者不宜。
