主 料： 鲜白菜500克，牛百叶250克，生姜3片，麻油适量。
做 法： 将鲜白菜、生姜洗净，牛百叶浸透、洗净，切件。起油锅放入生姜、牛百叶爆一下，加清水适量，武火煮沸后，加入白菜文火煲1小时，鱼露、味精调味食用。
药用价值： 清热解暑、开胃和中。用于夏月感冒、身热口渴、倦怠、周身不适者。亦可做为夏日家庭常菜。
