增液汤
增液汤清热剂之一。出自《温病条辨》。玄参100克、麦冬80克、生地黄80克。煎汤去渣，候温灌服，或研末灌服。马、牛250一350克;猪、羊40一60克。功能增液润燥。主治阳明温病，津液不足。方中玄参养阴生津，润燥清热，为主药;麦冬滋液润澡，生地黄养阴清热，为辅佐药。三药合用，具有滋液清热、润肠通便的功用。本方主要适用于阳明病津液不足所致的粪干便秘。也可用于其他津液不足而表现粪干便秘。临证应用时，往往以本方加大黄、芒硝(名增液承气汤.见《温病条辨》)等，以增强其泄热通便之功。 (李呈敏)
