Based on the investigation in-situ and the comprehensive explanation and translation of the aerial remote sensing photos about the most severly polluted sea area around Dalian,the conclutions about the polluted scope and degree by the drainage were reached,which provided the data and analysis methods for the treatment,control,monitoring and the self-purification ability.
