做法：
准备材料：
土豆、(也有用圆白菜做的，做法相同口感不同)面粉、葱韭菜少许、油、盐、花椒。
先将土豆去皮，擦成丝，将土豆丝放在罩笠中，放在水龙头上冲水，不要把水控的太干，连水一起将土豆丝倒入面粉中，可以使土豆丝挂水相对均匀。面与土豆丝体积的比例大约为1:1.5，边加土豆丝边用手搅拌。最终将所有土豆丝都拌好，使每一根土豆丝都裹上面。把裹好面的土豆丝放入笼屉蒸大约10分钟左右。在蒸的过程中，将葱切成葱花，韭菜切成小段。10分种后，土豆蒸好了。开火，热油，油温适中时放入花椒少许和葱花一起翻炒。然后放入韭菜，将蒸好的土豆丝倒入油锅中，一起翻炒，边炒边加一些盐，盐的多少跟据个人口味，炒至淡黄色，即可出锅了。土豆
