性质:又称有机导体,为一类具有导电性的有机电荷转移复合物。这类复合物是由电子给体与电子受体组成。典型的例子有TTF-TCNQ,TTF-TNAF复合物。根据电荷转移程度可分为分子晶体和电荷转移晶体。在电荷转移晶体中,视离子化程度又有离子晶体和混合价晶体之分。前者为离子电导,后者为电子电导。有机金属的电导具有:(1)强烈的各向异性,沿着π电子云相互交叠的分子堆砌方向电导最高,而垂直于该方向的电导较差;(2)金属态的失稳性,晶体生长方向的电导率随温度降低而升高,在一定低温域出现电导降,然后向半导态和绝缘态转化,这种金属态的不稳定性在有机金属中普遍存在。
