又称“食管置管术”。是指用适当长度、粗细、硬度的塑料管或橡胶管留置于食管的狭窄部位以便食物通过的手术。用于不能切除的晚期食管癌解决吞咽困难和解决食管气管瘘的吸入问题。置管的途径,可通过食管镜置管,也可从口腔推入置管,或手术中探查决定癌肿不能切除而梗阻比较严重者可切开食管置入。该手术能有效解决吞咽困难,但存在置管易脱落的问题。
