性质: ABS与PU经适当共混得到的新型高分子材料,共混时需要加入增容剂。此种共混料兼有聚氨酯的良好抗冲性、耐磨性和ABS的刚性、综合性能优良及价格低廉等特点。其性能随两组分比例不同而变化。随聚氨酯含量上升,其抗冲性能及熔体流动速率逐渐提高,耐磨性也越好,而拉伸强度、硬度及热变形温度则降低,以Prevail为例,密度1.09~1.12g/cm3,拉伸屈服强度24.5~35.7MPa,弯曲模量350~756MPa,悬臂梁缺口冲击不断裂,热变形温度(0.46MPa)57.2~77.8℃,1.82MPa时为44.5~62.8℃。机械共混法制备,适于制造汽车零件、轮胎结构件、皮带轮、低负荷齿轮、垫圈、汽车仪表板、保险杠、侧挡板、行李箱、家具扶手等。可用热成型、注射成型或挤出成型等方法加工。
