性质:是环境统计主要指标之一。按照中国国家环境保护局统一规定,工业固体废物排放量是指排放到污染防治设施以外环境中的工业固体废物量,即:工业固体废物排放量=工业固体废物产生量-贮存量-处置量-综合利用量其中,贮存量是指作暂时性保存的置于专设的有防污染措施的集中贮存场所(或设施)的工业固体废物量;处置量是指焚烧或置于符合环境保护保护法规的场所做最终存放(如安全填埋等)的工业固体废物量。上述贮存量、处置量、综合利用量分别指当年产生的工业固体废物的贮存量、处置量、综合利用量。
