阻“杀扇爵藻纂器星少誊缨一般规定，自杀所致死亡属于除外责任，‘但保险合同生效两年后被保险人自杀所致死亡，保险人应负责给付死亡保险金。这是因为考虑到，死亡保险金的作用在于保障被保险人遗属的生活，如果被保险人在订立保险合同时图谋以自杀获得保险金，一般不会在两年后实施。被保险人于合同生效两年后自杀，推定为投保时并无自杀企图，而自杀的目的也并非图谋保险金，为保障被保险人遗属的生活，应给予死亡保险金。
