榴莲芯煲鲫鱼
材料：榴莲芯5~6个(约400克)、鲫鱼1~2条(约400克)、生姜3片。
烹制：榴莲芯洗净；鲫鱼宰洗净，慢火煎至两边微黄。然后一起与生姜放进瓦煲内，加入清水2500毫升(约10碗水量)，武火煲沸后改为文火煲至2小时，调入适量的食盐和少许生油便可。此量可供3~4人用，鲫鱼可捞起拌入酱油佐餐用。
