2 1 b00hU honsi自保护焊丝(self一shielded welding wire) 不需外加气体或焊剂保护,仅依靠焊丝自身的合金元素及在高温时的反应来防止空气中的氧、氮等气体浸入和补充合金成分的专用焊丝。目前,自保护焊丝主要采用药芯焊丝,实芯焊丝应用很少。在药芯焊丝方面,按照其渣系的不同,可分为氟一铝型自保护焊丝、氟一钦型自保护焊丝、氟一钙型自保护焊丝和氟一钦一钙型自保护焊丝。前两种类型的焊接工艺性能良好,应用较广泛;后两种的焊缝韧性得到改善,但焊接工艺性能较差。为保证充分脱氧、脱氮,在焊丝药芯中还加入了大量的铝、镁等强脱氧剂。为提高焊缝韧性,还可加入适量镍等。与手工电弧焊相比较,自保护焊的焊缝强度稍有提高,伸长率稍有降低,冲击韧性也不高,故不适干焊接重要结构。自保护焊丝已用于低碳钢、50kg级高强钢、不锈钢的焊接和耐磨堆焊。自保护焊接时烟尘很大,要加强通风换气措施。另外,对操作技能要求较高,掌握不当会引起接头性能波动。 (尹士科)
