材料:鲜虾100克(约2两半),芒果1个,西芹25克(约6钱半),沙律酱2汤匙,威化纸10块,2汤匙,蛋1只,面包糠3汤匙,香菜1条。调味料:蒜盐,胡椒粉各半茶匙。
【制作过程】
(1)虾去克去肠,洗净,抹干水分,用调味料腌片刻。(2)芒果切条,西芹切条。(3)香菜摘叶。(4)每块威化纸包1只虾,1条芒果条,1条西芹和半茶匙沙律酱(5)打拌鸡蛋液。(6)每件海鲜沙律蘸上粟粉和蛋液,贴上1片香菜叶,再蘸面包糠(7)高火预热煎碟2分钟,倒上油,高火煮3分钟,把海鲜沙律卷放在碟上,翻动一次,使沾上油,再高火煮2分钟半,便可供食。
