【原料】茯苓15克,川贝母10克,梨1000克,蜂蜜500克,冰糖适量。
【制作】1.将茯苓洗净,切成小方块;川贝母去杂洗净;梨洗净,去蒂把,切成丁。
2.将茯苓、川贝母放入铝锅中,加入适量水,用中火煮熟,再加入梨、蜂蜜、冰糖继续煮至梨熟,出锅即成。
【特点】汤鲜、甜,可吃梨、茯苓,喝汤。
【提示】梨在切丁时要除去籽、核。
【说明】此菜由梨为主料配以茯苓、川贝母经烹制而成,为民间清热润肺止咳食疗良方。梨具有清热生津、润肺化痰、止咳平喘的功效。茯苓具有健脾利胃、利水渗湿、宁心安神、强健肌体、美容颜、添精神的作用。茯苓含茯苓多糖,能增强人体免疫功能,有一定抗病作用,尤其对老年性浮肿、肥胖症有治疗作用。川贝母为止咳化痰、平喘、清热润肺之良药。几物相合,其清热润肺、生津止咳平喘的作用增强。常吃可美容颜、抗衰老,使皮肤滑润细嫩,并富有弹性。
