【原料】茯苓15克，川贝母10克，梨1000克，蜂蜜500克，冰糖适量。
【制作】1．将茯苓洗净，切成小方块；川贝母去杂洗净；梨洗净，去蒂把，切成丁。
2．将茯苓、川贝母放入铝锅中，加入适量水，用中火煮熟，再加入梨、蜂蜜、冰糖继续煮至梨熟，出锅即成。
【特点】汤鲜、甜，可吃梨、茯苓，喝汤。
【提示】梨在切丁时要除去籽、核。
【说明】此菜由梨为主料配以茯苓、川贝母经烹制而成，为民间清热润肺止咳食疗良方。梨具有清热生津、润肺化痰、止咳平喘的功效。茯苓具有健脾利胃、利水渗湿、宁心安神、强健肌体、美容颜、添精神的作用。茯苓含茯苓多糖，能增强人体免疫功能，有一定抗病作用，尤其对老年性浮肿、肥胖症有治疗作用。川贝母为止咳化痰、平喘、清热润肺之良药。几物相合，其清热润肺、生津止咳平喘的作用增强。常吃可美容颜、抗衰老，使皮肤滑润细嫩，并富有弹性。
