主料:猴头、鸭脯
辅料:五花肉馅、鸡蛋、胡萝卜、青红椒、洋葱、青蒜、葱
调料:盐、白糖、酱油、醋、胡椒粉、香油、生粉、水淀粉
烹制方法:
1、将鸭脯切片后用洋葱末、盐腌制5分钟,五花肉馅切成丁,加入葱花、香油腌制5分钟;
2、将猴头菇过水焯一下取出,将鸭脯裹一层生粉,入锅中煎至金黄取出,五花肉馅入锅中炒熟,冲入清水,加盐、白糖、酱油、醋、胡椒粉调味,烧开后放入鸭脯、猴头菇、青蒜、胡萝卜、青红椒小火焖2分钟,开盖后水淀粉勾芡,打入鸡蛋花煮熟即可。
特点:鲜香适口,营养丰富。
