性质:是衡量培养液中所含溶氧大小的指标。溶氧浓度的单位有绝对量:mg/L、mmol/L,和相对量:饱和浓度的百分量。设饱和氧浓度为100%,浓氧浓度可用溶氧电极来测定。微生物对溶氧的响应类似于其他营养,在低浓度下细胞比生长速率随溶氧增加而增加,达到一定溶氧浓度,比生长速率不再随溶氧增加而增加。
