原料配方 白米曲1千克 干灵芝1千克 水9千克
制作方法
1.白米曲加水2千克,于60℃保温糖化10小时,制成甜酒。
2.干灵芝粉碎后,加水7千克,煮沸1小时左右,浓缩(蒸去3.5千克水),制成灵芝抽提液,这种抽提液是将灵芝装在布袋里并放在水中进行煮沸,亦可将灵芝直接加水煮沸,然后冷却过滤,即得抽提液。
3.取上述甜酒2千克,加灵芝抽提液400~800克,混合后灌装到瓶里,以80℃温度杀菌30分钟,即制成瓶装灵芝甜酒饮料。
产品特点 爽口,甜度适宜。既保留了灵芝的药效成分,口味又很好。
